The Rinaldi Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built to help veterans and military families navigate what comes next. We help them navigate the transition to civilian life, connecting them with career opportunities, education, benefits, resources, and a community committed to their success.
What we believe.
A transition is a family event, not a solo one. The help should be free. And nobody should have to guess which form, which school, or which job comes first.

I have sat at both tables. On base, as president of the Airman's Council, I hear what people are afraid of in the months before they separate. In my civilian career I have hired and coached sales teams for seventeen years and I know exactly what a hiring manager does with a resume they cannot translate. Nobody was standing between those two rooms. So I started The Rinaldi Project.
