This Mother’s Day, we pause to honor the quiet strength of the women who shape our families, lead our communities, and serve our nation. Among them are veteran mothers — women who once wore the uniform and now face the complex transition into civilian life, often while raising families and rebuilding their futures.
These women embody service, sacrifice, and resilience in ways most of us will never fully understand.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Murph: Sweat for a Cause
We’re continuing that mission on Memorial Day with the Annual Murph Hero Workout at CrossFit Whittier — a community-powered event honoring the fallen and empowering the living.
