These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Rinaldi Project’s (“TRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website located at https://rinaldiproject.org (the “Site”) and all related services, programs, resources, tools, and communications provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Rinaldi Project.

1. About The Rinaldi Project

The Rinaldi Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, incorporated in the State of Nevada, serving veterans, military families, and supporters nationwide across all 50 states.

Our mission is to empower veterans and their families through direct services, community engagement, education, and advocacy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

Eligibility to use our Services requires that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parent or legal guardian consent;

6. Ownership & Use of Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, videos, text, trademarks, and program materials (“Content”) is the exclusive property of The Rinaldi Project or its authorized licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to TRP’s mission.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, display, sell, or modify any Content without our prior written consent;

  • Misuse TRP trademarks or intellectual property;

  • Use data scraping, robots, or extraction tools.

Unauthorized use may violate applicable intellectual property laws and will terminate your license.

7. Donations & Payments

All donations made through our Site are voluntary, final, and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By donating, you:

  • Represent that any payment information is accurate and authorized;

  • Understand that The Rinaldi Project has exclusive legal control over all donations received;

  • Acknowledge that donation processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Submitted Materials

Any information, feedback, testimonials, stories, images, or videos voluntarily submitted to TRP through our Site or Services (“Submitted Materials”) become non-confidential and may be used by TRP in marketing, fundraising, reporting, or program improvement efforts.

By submitting such materials, you grant TRP a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, publish, adapt, and display such content for nonprofit purposes.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or abusive purposes;

  • Submit content that is defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;

  • Interfere with TRP’s systems, security, or operations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion.

16. Entire Agreement
